We process names, birth dates, birth times, birthplaces, email and payment status needed to create requested readings. Payment card details are handled by our payment provider and are not stored by Astra Vault.

Use and retention

Information is used to calculate and deliver readings, provide support, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information. You may request access, correction or deletion through support.
